Ich habe sie nicht im Betrieb reingeschoben. Habe die leer gestartet, dann kam die WebGUI und möchte die NAS einrichten, beschwert sich beim Klick auf weiter aber natürlich, dass keine Platten vorhanden sind. Habe dann wieder ausgeschaltet und die Platte rein. Dann wieder an und es erscheint leider wieder das Set-Up

Leider nein. Es passiert einfach nichts. Die Platte fängt an zu drehen und ist auch kurz im Frontpanel grün, geht dann allerdings nach paar Sekunden auf rot. In der WebGUI wird nichts weiter angezeigt außer dem Smart Installer

Linux erkennt auf den Platten keine Partionen mehr. Habe jetzt mal den Smartstatus einer Platte ausgelesen. Es sind paar Fehler zu erkennen, allerdings bin ich mir nicht ganz sicher, ob diese schwerwiegend sind.
Wenn ich versuche, die Platte unter RescueSystem zu mounten, erhalte ich

Wie gesagt: Wenn es sich nicht um ein statisches Volume, sondern um einen Pool mit Thin und/oder Thick Volume handelt, dann kommt kein System der Welt außer QTS damit zurecht.

Es sei denn, diese Fehler sind z.B. im Superblock oder im Partitionstabellenbereich aufgetreten.

Habe in der QNAP ein LiveLinux System gebootet und wenn ich die Disk mounten will, bekomme ich tatsächlich einen Fehler im Superblock
Aber dann müsste ich doch eigentlich mit der zweiten Disk die Daten wiederherstellen können? Ich meine, die Wahrscheinlichkeit, dass bei beiden Disks gleichzeitig die selben Sektoren ausfallen dürfte doch eigentlich gegen 0 gehen.

Du kannst die Disk nicht einfach so mounten. Da sind schon mal 5 Partitionen drauf. Es müssten also die Dateisysteme der Partitionen eingehängt werden.
Aber auch das geht nicht, weil noch RAID-, LVM- und DRBD-Layer dazwischen liegen.

Dann werde ich mit testdisk auch nicht weiterkommen, dass ich damit die Partitionen suche und die Tabelle evtl. neu schreibe?

Nachdem die Platte am Windows Rechner erkannt wurde, meinte der QNAP Support, ich solle versuchen, mit Testdisk die Partitionstabelle wiederherzustellen.
Bevor ich das allerdings machen werde, klone ich mir erst mal noch eine Platte.

Ich weiß nur momentan leider nicht weiter und ich möchte ungern Unsummen für eine professionelle Datenrettung ausgeben.

Jede Aktion ist in der Situation heikel... Aber da offensichtlich auch der Support am raten ist...
War SSH Zugriff möglich? Wenn nicht, starte das NAS ohne Disks und suche die IP mit dem Finder o.ä.
Dann Disks rein und nochmal SSH versuchen.

SSH Zugriff ist problemlos möglich. Das NAS erkennt auch die Disks. Allerdings zeigt es bei Signature --- und bei Partitions --- an. Bei Partition table steht "unknown". Das Model der Disk wird aber ganz normal angezeigt.

Was meinst du mit "Signature"? Bei welchem Befehl kommt das?
Jedenfalls ist der SSH Zugriff schonmal ein Lichtblick mit dem mehr zu beschicken ist als mit Windows.
