Hallo zusammen,
ich komme seit März nicht mehr an meine Daten! Soviel zu meinem Problem
Ich hoffe, dass mir hier jemand helfen kann, der offizielle englischsprachige Qnap Support hat es leider seit März nicht geschafft, mir mit meinem Problem weiterzuhelfen und hat immer nur Anleitungen gemailt, ohne auf meine konkreten Fragen und Probleme einzugehen.
Hier jetzt aber zum eigentlichen Problem:
Meine TS-109 hat plötzlich unbegründet Intrusion-Warnungen per Mail verschickt. Ich bin im englischen Forum auch schnell darauf gestoßen, dass dies ein nicht unbekanntes Problem ist und habe versucht es mit dem dort angebotenen Workaround zu beheben.

Ich habe also per Telnet auf die TS-109 zugegriffen und folgende Befehle eingegeben:

Da im anderen Thread damit das Problem gelöst wurde, habe ich mir das, obwohl ich absoluter Telnet Neuling bin, nicht schwer vorgestellt. Danach hatte ich aber keinen Zugriff mehr auf meine Daten und habe mich an den Support gewendet. Hier wurde mir dann eigentlich seit März immer wieder geschrieben, nach einem Update sollte ich per Telnet oder SSH auf das NAS zugreifen und diverse Ordner bearbeiten oder kopieren. Ich habe mehrmals zurückgeschrieben, dass diese bei mir zum Teil so nicht vorhanden sind und dies bei mir deshalb nicht möglich sei. Darauf habe ich nur immer wieder die selben Anweisungen erhalten, bis irgendwann überhaupt keine Antwort mehr kam. Hier jetzt der Mail-Verkehr (von unten nach oben lesen):

Second problem:
Could you please answer this question below in my former mail? If there is a possibility to reconfigure the NAS without reinitialize the HDD I don't need to restore the settings.

Wenn ich den Qnap-Finder ausführe, meldet er auch immer, dass das NAS noch nicht konfiguriert sei. Diese Konfiguration kann ich aber nicht ohne eine neue Initialisierung abschließen. Soweit ich weiß, gehen hierbei jedoch erst recht alle Daten futsch!
Jetzt hatte ich einen Geistesblitz: Ich baute die Platte aus und schloss sie direkt als SATA-Platte an mein XP-System an. Ich gehe davon aus, dass sie im ext3-System formatiert ist und ich verschte mit diversen Hilfsmitteln auf sie zuzugreifen, um die Daten runterzukopieren. Anschließen Platte einbauen, neu konfigurieren und Daten zurück schreiben, fertig. So dachte ich. Wenn ich jetzt auf die Platte zugreife, sehe ich tatsächlich meine Verzeichnisstruktur, allerdings keine Files in den Ordner. Probiert habe ich dies mit dem Total Commander mit Plugin, mit "explore2fs-1.07", "Ext2IFS_1_11" und dem "Linux_Reader"!
Jetzt fällt mir keine Lösung mehr ein.
