ich möchte mir demnächst neue Platten für meine NAS (2 x 2TB) kaufen. Habe schon etwas nachgelesen, benötige aber eure Meinung.
WD Red oder Seagate Ironwolf?
Welche könnt Ihr mir empfehlen?

Frag mal @christian der hat die Eisernen Wölfe vor kurzem getestet.
Ich empfand die 10 TB Seagate IronWolf schon als sehr leise, dass wäre u.a. ein Kaufkriterium. Wobei sich WD und Seagate nicht viel nehmen.

Speziell mit den Ironwolf habe ich nun keine Erfahrung, aber ich habe zu Hause Seagate und auf Arbeit haben wir WD-Platten und ich meine, ich habe das so ähnlich auch schonmal irgendwo hier geschrieben. Für mich ist das eine Frage wie »Canon oder Nikon«.

danke euch für eure Antworten. Ich dachte, das es doch einige gravierende Unterschiede gibt. Dann tendiere ich doch zu WD Red, weil mit WD hatte ich bisher gute Erfahrungen sammeln können.

Auf die HD Studien von Blackblaze verweisen auch gerne die Hersteller wenn ihre Serien gut abschneiden.
