DDNS / MYcloudnas - no connnetion / why

    Dears, I have aproblem any advise is appreciated


    NAS TS 419P
    Neatgear WNDR 3800


    DDNS as well as myclousnas is installed succesfully, router is configured UPnP...
    Never the less it is not possible to reach the NAS from elsewhere, neither by DDNS or mycloud...


    Any ideas???
