SATA 6 Gb/s WD 3TB an QNAP TS-439Pro II+ (SATA3)

    Hallo,
    ich habe die Platte in der Kompatibiltätsliste für u.a. QNAP TS-439Pro II+ gefunden:


    Western Digital WD30EFRX RD1000S interne Festplatte für NAS-Storage 3TB (8,9 cm (3,5 Zoll), 5400rpm, SATA III), Rot, Schnitstelle: SATA 6 Gb/s


    NAS hat nur SATA 3Gb/s. Ich gehe davon aus, dass SATA6 rückwärtskompatibel mit SATA3 ist und ich kann dann auch die volle 3TB nutzen (max bis 4TB).
    Es wäre schön, wenn das jemand bestätigen könnte, bevor ich die Platte bestelle.

    TS-439 Pro II+ steht mit dabei.


    Das steht bei QNAP dazu: "2. These SATA 6Gb/s hard disk models are also compatible with QNAP Turbo NAS models using SATA II (3Gb/s) interface with similar performance because SATA 6Gb/s is backward compatible with SATA 3Gb/s."
