TS-859 Pro+ Raid6 nach HDD Fehler im Entladen Status - kein Zugriff mehr auf die Daten

    habe seit Freitag ein dickes Problem :oops:


    Nachdem das vorhandene Raid6 mit 8 x 2 TB auf meiner TS-859 Pro+ mir angezeigt hat, dass Platte 7 defekt ist und in degraded mode gegangen ist, habe ich die defekte Platte gegen eine neue ausgetauscht.


    Das Gerät hat dann die neue Platte formatiert und danach mit dem Einbinden der neuen Platte in den Raid Verbund begonnen.


    Nach der Meldung Start rebuilding kam die Meldung Expanding Raid Device failed.


    10 Stunden später dann die Meldung rebuilding complete, aber ohne die ersetzte HDD 7.
    Hatte nun ein Rai6 mit den Platten 1/2/3/4/5/6/8 und die 7 als Einzeldisk.


    Den Versuch die HDD 7 über die Raid Erweiterung ein zu binden hat er mit Fehlermeldung verweigert.


    Also neue Platte noch mal raus, Raid in degraded mode versetzt und ihm nochmal die neue HDD zugeführt.


    Leider wieder kein Erfolg. Nach nochmaligem Neustart des NAS kam die Meldung, file System not clean run check file System.


    Dann in der Datenträgerverwaltung die Überraschung....
    Dateisystem prüfen ist nicht anwählbar und das Raid und die Einzeldisk werden im Status als Entladen angezeigt.


    Jetzt bin ich ratlos, wie bekomme ich das Raid wieder gemountet und meine Daten zurück :cry: .


    Ich hoffe jemand kann mir bei diesem Problem helfen.....Bin im Moment echt ratlos!!!

    habe das NAS ohne die neue HDD gestartet.
    HDD7 wird richtigerweise nicht mehr angezeigt, aber das Raid6 mit den Platten 1,2,3,4,5,6,8 wird immer noch als entladen angezeigt.
    Der Hinweis das Dateisystem zu prüfen ist auch noch da, aber die Option ist in der Datenträgerverwaltung für das Raid nicht verfügbar :|


    Die Firmware ist die 4.2.0 Build 20160311.


    Das NAS und die Freigabeordner werden mir im Windows Explorer auch angezeigt, aber da ja das Raid nicht gemountet ist, hab ich keinen Zugriff.
    Ich verstehe halt gerade nicht, warum das NAS die Prüfung des Dateisystems vorschlägt und die Option im UI nicht verfügbar ist :?:
    Hatte diese Meldung schon 2 oder 3 mal auf meiner alten TS-509 Pro nach HDD Austausch, dort hat es immer funktionert...

    Nun, das ist recht einfach zu erklären. Ein inaktives RAID kann nunmal nicht geprüft werden.


    Die Frage wäre, warum ist das RAID inaktiv. Vermutlich ist eine weitere Festplatte ausgefallen, was gerade beim Rebuild eines RAID, wegen der hohen Belastung der Platten, häufig vorkommt. Noch dazu, wenn die Platten alle gleich alt sind, aus einem Fertigungslos stammen und schon eine davon ausgefallen ist.


    Bitte poste mal die Ergebnisse folgender Kommandos:

    Ich hoffe die Infos sagen etwas in der Art "Die Daten sind noch da" :oops:

  • Firmware gemäß Deiner verlinkten Anleitung mit Qnap Finder aktualisiert.
    Nach Reboot mit den 8 Festplatten, kam vom Qnap Finder keine weitere Meldung gem. Punkt 13 der Anleitung,
    das Gerät war wieder unter der alten IP und alten Anmeldedaten erreichbar.


    Meldung nach Anmeldung am UI File System not clean und Abweichung von Firmware im Gerät und auf HDD.


    Nochmals über das UI wie angegeben die Firmware upgedatet. Nach reboot jetzt nur noch die Fehlermeldung mit
    dem File System not clean.
    Dateisystemprüfung ist aber nach wie vor nicht möglich, da Platte 7 und das Raid6 immer noch als entladen gelistet sind.

  • Dann bitte nochmal das Kommando dmesg ausführen und das Ergebnis posten.

    Diese Meldung kommt nur, wenn die FW sich beim neu Einrichten nicht korrekt installieren lässt.

    Das kann bei deinem RAID sehr lange dauern. Dabei darf die Konsole nicht beendet werden. Auch das NAS sollte nicht per Zeitplan heruntergefahren werden.

    Jetzt meldet er im Protokoll das Raid im degraded mode im UI aber als bereit. Platte 7 ist weiterhin entladen
    Jetzt müsste ich das NAS natürlich nur noch dazu bringen, die Platte 7 ins degraded Raid einzubinden.
    Kann ich das NAS dazu überreden in dem ich es herunterfahre, die Platte 7 entferne und es neu starte?
    Dann müsste er doch den degrade Mode auch im UI abbilden.
    Sobald er das hat, die neu Platte 7 wieder einbauen und auf den automatischen Rebuild des Raid warten??


    Aber hier an dieser Stelle erst mal ein MEGA DICKES DANKE für Deine Unterstützung. Mein Backup war wie Du Dir sicherlich

    Zur Platte 7 - diese entfernen, an einem PC alle drauf befindlichen Partitionen entfernen und dann wieder ins laufende NAS einsetzen.


    Im RAID6 können 2 Platten ausfallen. Daher wohl die Meldung im Protokoll aber noch kein Statuswechsel in der Übersicht. Bin mir da aber nicht sicher.

    Dasi ist erfolgreich gelaufen,
    habe dann die Platte 7 ohne Partitionen wieder eingesetzt.
    Hat das NAS auch alles soweit mitbekommen, HDD 7 plugged out, HDD 7 plugged in.
    Hat die Platte dann selbständig initialisiert und dann zum vorhandenen Raid angezeigt.
    Habe dann Raid6 Kapazität erweitern angeklickt und die angebotene HDD7 ausgewählt.


    Dann hat er mit der Erweiterung des Raid begonnen, aber bereits nach 3 Minuten mit der Meldung Expanding Raid failed abgebrochen,
    Nun zeigt er HDD7 wieder als Entladen an und hat beim Raid eine neue Aktualisierung gestartet :?:


    Im Moment komme ich über den Explorer noch an die Daten, bin jetzt aber nicht sicher, was das Gerät da gerade betreibt


    Hast Du hierzu eine Idee?
