Es lag an python 2.5. Nach dem Update auf Trac 0.1.12 ist wohl python 2.6 nötig. Also python 2.5 deinstallieren und 2.6 installieren.
Danach sollte alles wieder klappen

Erstmal danke an den Ersteller des HowTo´s.
Ich habe Trac zusammen mit SVN schon viele Monate am laufen und genutzt, alles nach diesem HowTo.
Leider ist jetzt nach dem Update auf die FW 3.3.3.0928T und ein Update der ipkg Pakete (ipkg update && ipkg upgrade) wo
auch Trac und Python dabei war - TRAC defekt. Die GUI startet zwar, schmeißt aber einen Fehler aus:

An eine TS -210 kannst Du keinen Bildschirm hinhängen oder ?
Hatte so meine IP welche in einem ganz andere Netz war wieder gefunden.
Wenn bei mir alle Platten drausen sind blinkt die Power LED eigentlich nur Grün => Unkonfiguriert.
Bei Dir aber Rot/Grün.
Naja also dafür ist ja ein RAID da falls mal eine Platte nicht geht.Die in deinem Fall halt garnicht gesteckt war.
Aus meiner Sicht hätte die QNAP wieder hochkommen sollen. Der Datenbestand ist ja nach wie vor vollständig.
Wobei ich vorgestern ein ähnliches problem hatte. Nach einem Reboot (RAID war aber bei mir OK) war meine komplette Config weg und der RAID ebenfalls. :roll:
Habe dann nochmals von neu angefangen und eine Sicherung eingespielt.
Was das System aber so zerstört hat weis ich bis heute nicht.
Das Thema hat sich erst mal erledigt!
Mache gerade alles platt und kopiere ein Backup zurück!
Habe leider überhaupt keine Zeit für ein Debug weil ich das NAS dringend brauche. :?

mein QNAP TS 239 hat nach einen Reboot kein RAID und keine Config mehr :shock:
Also FW hatte ich die aktuelle Version drauf. Das NAS lief knapp zwei Wochen jetzt und ich hab es mal neu gestartet.
Jetzt finde die TS239 mit einer anderen IP im Netz als welche ich Statisch vergeben habe.

Ich bin jetzt grad mal absolut ratlos was ich machen soll.
Der Webserver selber läuft auch nicht mehr. Beim start vom httpd kommt immer wieder "illegal port number" ?
Dabei ist der Port 80 und 443 auf, leider wird der Zugang zurückgewiesen.
Über jede hilfe bin ich sehr sehr dankbar!

Wenn Du von deinem Windows-Rechern aus nur Ordner siehst, werden warhscheinlich dir Recht falsch sein.
Lade mal per FTP-Client einen Order hoch und dann eine Datei in den Ordner - dieser wird der Win-Pc sehen oder ?
Musst dann dementsprechen die Rechte auf die Dateien/Ordner ändern.

Hallo Zusammen,
mir fällt immer wieder mal auf das der ProFTPd und Samba nicht korrekt mit Sonderzeichen umgehen können.
Um ein Beispiel zu zeigen, hier der Zugriff per FTP auf ein Verzeichniss mit Sonderzeichen wie "ä, ö, ü" usw
Bei Samba fehlen die Dateien mit Sonderzeichen dann einfach komplett - sind garnicht da.
Wahrscheinlich weil auch die Rechte nicht passen. Kann diese auch nicht per FTP setzen weil der alles zerhackt.
Klar geht es auch per Shell und nem Script, aber auf dem professionellen NAS dachte ich jetzt nicht das ich wieder so basteln muss wie früher.

Was mich wunder ist das "UTF8" local auf dem NAS genutzt wird aber zeitgleich auf "UseUTF8 = NO" steht UND Remote "ISO8859-1" anstatt auch "UTF8" am laufen ist
Per Samba sollten doch auch Sonderzeichen möglich sein oder etwa nicht ?
Auf meinem alten LinuxServer war es mal so :-/
Wie macht Ihr das mit Sonderzeichen ?

ich habe eine TS 239 Pro mit der FW: 3.1.1 Build 0815T und neben NFS und FTP habe ich auch noch Samba am laufen.
Was mir da allerdings komisch vorkommt, sobald irgendjemand im Netz auf die NAS per Samba zugreift wird ein Benutzername und Passwort verlangt
Obwohl Gäste generell lesend zugelassen sind und in Public sogar schreiben dürfen.
Wenn jetzt der Gast einfach einen Buchstaben als Benutzername angibt und Enter drückt hat er dann zugriff auf die einzelnen Freigaben.
Die Rechte passen ab hier - der Gast kann lesen und in Public schreiben. Persönliche Shares die mit einem Passwort geschützt sind funktioniern auch korrekt und können nicht ohne weiteres vom Gast geöffnet werden.
Wieso wird also bei der Anmeldung am NAS selber nach einer Anmeldung gefragt, die ich garnicht haben will und zudem nichts bringt ?

Oder sollte anstatt "security = USER" eigentlich "security = SHARE" stehen ?

Hy,
ich habe mich auch schon etwas umgeschaut, meine Platten sind in der neuesten Firmware gekommen.
Es gibt auch kein Updates auf der Seagate Seite dafür, habe meine Serial der Platten dort eingegeben.
In einem anderen Forum hat auch einer Seagate Platten verbaut und sagte das die Anzeige bei Seagate so oder so nicht zuverlässig sind.
Daher schaue ich nur noch auf die Reallocated_Sector_Ct, UDMA_CRC_Error_Count. Die anderen Werte habe keine Aussage.
Mit den Platten selber bin ich aber bisher sehr zufrieden

ich bin neu hier und habe mir eine TS-239Pro mit 2 x Seagate Barracuda 7200.11 - ST31500341AS 1500GB geholt.
Das System läuf jetzt knappe 3Std. und baut grad eine RAID1 mit EXT4 auf.
Beim Check der SMART-Werte bin ich schier umgefallen :-/

So sieht doch eine Festplatte erst nach Jahren aus oder ?
Was mich wunder das 2x Temperatur da steht und die Punkte mit "Unknown_Attribute"
Aktuelle Firmwareversion: 3.1.1 Build 0815T
Kann sich das einer von euch erklären oder mit vielleicht sagen was das genau soll ?
