Sorry for doing this in English, but my German is not good enough to explain this.
It comes down to this, QNAP iSCSI is file-oriented.
The Bosch cameras ONLY work with iSCSI BLOCK devices.
I have tried every way i could think of to get it working but no way.
I have advised my client to buy a new NAS that would support iSCSI Block i/o and we decided on a Synology DS213.
After unpacking the Synology and adding the disks from the TS212, i had the camera working with iSCSI in 30 minutes.
So.....
I am perfectly happy with my own two QNAP's (TS210 and TS212) they do evrything i personally want,
but iSCSI with Bosch cameras is NEVER going to work. (Unless either QNAP or BOSCH fundamentally change their approach)
