  • Fritzbox 7390 VPN mit zwei Fritzboxen

    Hallo,


    ich habe auch zwei Fritz 7390 mit VPN verbunden. Im Browser/Firefox funktioniert alles wunderbar, entferntes NAS, Fritzbox, etc sind via IP:port problemlos zu erreichen.


    Was ich aber absolut nicht hinbekomme ist im Windows Explorer einen entfernten Netzwerkordner einzubinden. Mit \\IP\ z.B. \\192.168.0.2\ bekomme ich immer "konnte nicht zugegriffen werden".


    Dumme Frage, aber was muss ich tun, damit das funktioniert? Gibt es irgendwelche spezifischen Einstellungen? Wenn ich zuhause beim "entfernten NAS" bin, funktioniert die Dateifreigabe einwandfrei.


    255.255.255.0 steht bei mir schon in den Einstellungen...

  • Torrent Downloads strangely slow

    Hey guys,


    I have a strange problem and cannot think of a solution and hope you can help me.


    I have a Ts-459 with the latest FW 3.6.1. If I use QGET to download torrents, they start but download slow, say 1-3kB/s in the worst and 20kB/s in the best case. I double-checked all possible options i can think of and "mirrored" the options on another TS-259 with same FW - there the downloads go full speed. On both locations I have a Fritzbox 7390 with almost identical config, proper port forwarding, no filterning, etc. Only the "slow" download one is behind a cablemodem (but all other normal downloads are running full speed!)


    Does anybody have a good idea where to look? If it is not a firmware bug, it seems to be some network issue. But i cannot think of anything that would only slow down torrent downloads from the download station...

    Meine Download-Station Downloads laden immer nur langsam, zwischen 3-20kB/s im besten Fall. Was Netzwerk und Konfiguration angeht bin ich eigentlich sehr fit und habe alles was mir theoretisch eingefallen ist geprüft und ausprobiert. Kein Erfolg. Die gleiche Konfig + Torrent funktioniert mit einer 259 problemlos (anderer Standort, auch Fritzbox 7390 als Router).
    In Vergangenheit hatte ich dieses Problem nie, d.h. am Kabelmodem kann es nicht liegen. Irgendwo im Netzwerk muss es ein Problem geben, ich weis aber nicht wo. Ich bin für jeden Tip dankbar:)

  • Air Video Server QPKG

    Hallo zusammen,


    das Air Video QPKG ist genial, ich habe monatelang darauf gewartet!!! Nun habe ich allerdings ein kleines Problem. Ich habe ein TS-239 Pro II = single core Atom. Bin super zufrieden damit, aber für Air Video halte etwas zu schwach auf der Brust.


    Ich habe nun zwei Möglichkeiten: neues NAS (ich denke da an das TS-459 Pro II = dual-core 1.8 Atom) oder gleich einen ordentlichen HTPC kaufen. Finanziell ist dass etwa das gleiche, aber da das NAS eh ständig läuft wäre die Variante über das TS-459Pro II mir lieber.


    Frage nun an Leute die hoffentlich schon Erfahrung haben: läuft Air Video auf dem TS-459 Pro II ordentlich oder lieber gleich HTPC?


    Anschlußfrage: hat schon jemand Erfahrung mit dem Plex Media Server auf dem QNAP NAS? Air Video ist zwar grundsätzlich besser (Qualität + man kann einfach alles ohne Vorbereitung abspielen + Conversion zum mitnehmen für das iPad/iPhone), aber bei Plex kann man die Sachen sooo schön aufbereiten:)
