WD2002FYPS-02W3B0 und WD2002FYPS-01U1B0 unterschiedlich sind.
Die Probleme der Firmware 04.05G04 (WD2002FYPS-01U1B0) betrifft nicht die neuen HDDs mit der Firmware 04.01G01 (WD2002FYPS-02W3B0).
Meine Frage an WD:
Specially for the 'old' model number WD2002FYPS-01U1B0 with firmware version 04.05G04 WesternDigital released a new firmware 04.05G05 on 15. November 2009 that solves the problem described in the following link:

However, so far I have no problems in RAID5 with my 3 drives model number WD2002FYPS-02W3B0 and firmware version 04.01G01.
But I am concerned about the 'low' firmware version numbering on my new drives manufactored in September/October 2010.
Can you confirm that the above described issues does not pertain to the drives with model number WD2002FYPS-02W3B0 and firmware 04.01G01?
