ich betreibe seit über fünf Jahren de facto problemlos ein QNAP TS-431 (Firmware 4.3.6.1286 (2020/04/22) )
Als Platten verwende ich 4x 3TB WD RED WD30EFRX 5400rpm
Ich habe eine DataVolume als RAID-5 konfiguriert.
An dem NAS hängt sonst noch eine externen Festplatte via USB für Datensicherungen.
Die Netzwerkanbindung ist 1GBit/s.
Auf dem NAS läuft ein Plex-Server - ansonsten nur Standardsoftware
Heute hat um 9:00 Uhr ein Backupjob gestartet. Um 10:41 habe ich nachstehenden Fehlermeldungen und Infos im Event-Log gesehen:

Auf die Laufwerke konnte ich von meinem PC (Windows 10) nicht mehr zugreifen.
Ich habe mich danach über das Webinterface am NAS eingeloggt. Im Speichermanager waren die Disks 1-3 verfügbar und als "gut" angezeigt. Disk 4 war nicht verfügbar.
Danach habe ich das NAS neu gestartet.
Die Logeinträge wie folgt:

Nach dem Restart hat der Speichermanager wieder alle vier Platten als verfügbar und "gut" angezeigt.
Die DataVolume war aber inaktiv. Eine Wiederherstellung scheiterte mit der Meldung

Leider komme ich an diesem Punkt nicht mehr weiter. Ich habe im Netz und hier im Forum etwas recherchiert und habe den Eindruck, dass man bei Problemen dieser Art recht schnell die Dinge verschlimmbessern kann.
Ich würde mich über Hilfestellung von erfahreneren Usern freuen, um festzustellen was jetzt genau passiert ist, ob ich ein oder mehrere defekte Platten oder ein defektes NAS habe bzw. ob die Volume wiederhergestellt werden kann.
