Thank you very much. Got it, it worked. I didn't think I would get this sorted this afternoon. Probably should upgrade really but the TS-109 is quieter than the 2-bay I have had and has just done its job for 15 years with just a new transformer and HDD.

Good afternoon everyone. A visitor from England. Please treat gently. i am in exactly the same situation as theo81 and wondered whether you could help. TS-109, disk crashed, can't locate original disk and therefore need copy of FW 3.3.1 if anyone would be kind enough to send me a link or copy?
