Hallo liebe Community, zu der Thematik habe ich noch keine passende Lösung gefunden. Bitte steinigt mich nicht, wenn ich etwas übersehen habe. Wenn ich über Plex Videos von meinem NAS (TS-253A-4G - auf 8 GB RAM erhöht) abspiele bekomme ich häufig die Plex-Fehlermeldung: Ein unbekannter Fehler ist aufgetreten. Dieser Fehler tritt beim Abspielen von Videoformaten mit dem Codec H.264 auf. Kennt ihr das Problem auch? Mein Fernseher ist von 2014, ein Samsung Smart TV. Wenn ich die Videos direkt auf dem Gerät abspielen möchte, sagt PLEX, dass mein Fernseher dieses Format nicht unterstützt. Also bleiben noch die Abspielvarianten Streaming oder Transkodieren. Bei beiden bekomme ich den Fehler immer wieder, das nervt tierisch und er buffert zwischendurch immer wieder. Ich weiß nicht so recht was ich falsch mache. Auf dem PC bspw. - wenn ich die selben Dateien mit dem VLC Player abspiele läuft es 1a. Mein NAS ist direkt mit dem Fernseher über HDMI verbunden. Aus meiner Sicht müsste das NAS doch nur die Datei abspielen und über HDMI an den Fernseher weitergeben? Vielleicht bin ich auch blind und mir fällt der Fehler nicht auf. Ich hoffe daher auf eure Hilfe, vielleicht kennt ja jemand das Problem und hat im besten Fall noch Lösungsansätze parat.
