Hallo zusammen, möchte mir ein NAS zulegen und habe momentan das neue TS-212 und das TS-219P+ im Auge. Möchte zwei 2TB-Platten als RAID1 betreiben und die wichtigsten Daten davon regelmäßig auf eine externe USB-Platte wegsichern. Beim Vergleichen der Modelle sind mir aber noch einige Sachen aufgefallen, wäre super, wenn ihr mir da weiterhelfen könntet: 1. Das 219P+ bietet im Gegensatz zur 212 eine Funktion „RAID Recovery“. Was genau heißt das? Wenn mir beim 212 eine Platte aus dem RAID1 ausfällt, kann ich die nicht restoren? Oder meint das was anderes? 2. Möchte das NAS im LAN an meine Fritzbox hängen. Hatte mir vorgestellt, dass ich mich mit dem Notebook von extern per VPN an der Fritzbox anmelden kann, und dann aus dem WAN meine geänderten Dateien aufs NAS zu synchronisieren. Lässt sich das so einstellen, evtl. mit der NetBak-Software? 3. HDD-Größe: Habe in der Suche schon gefunden, dass keine HDD-Empfehlungen abgegeben werden und ihr auf die Kompatibilitätsliste verweist. Aber grundsätzlich: Wäre die Unterstützung von Platten mit 3TB oder größer technisch per Firmwareupgrade lösbar? Oder geht das hardwareseitig gar nicht? Vergleichbare Synology-Geräte unterstützen nämlich schon 3TB-Platten und ich möchte kein Gerät kaufen, bei dem ich keine größeren Platten mehr nachstecken kann, wenn mir in einem Jahr der Platz ausgeht… Vielen Dank schonmal für eure Antworten Schöne Grüße Mana
